Grief Cafes: Tending to Our Wounds in the Collective
The Grief Cafe is a gentle gathering space where those navigating grief or loss can come together, share, and find solace. It’s a place of compassionate listening, where hearts can speak and be heard without judgment, in the company of others who understand the weight of these feelings. In times that feel uncertain and overwhelming, the Grief Cafe offers a moment to pause, connect, and breathe. Whether you need a safe space to share your story or simply to be among others holding similar feelings, this is a place to feel supported, seen, and held. Offered by yoga and meditation teachers Kitsy Philips, Michele Ashley, Suki Kermes, Nancy Glover, Jane Bailey, Amanda Levinson. and Dawn Valentine. Free and open to all.
