Tending the Roots: Mindfulness Training for a New Era

Mondays: November 18, 25, December 2, December 9, 7:00-8:00 p.m. ET

Feeling unmoored, anxious, fearful post-election? You are not alone. Now is the time to tend and strengthen our roots, to develop practices and tools to help us navigate an uncertain future with calm, clarity, and resilience.

Let’s gather in online community to learn or deepen our practice of mindfulness. In this four-week, free series, you will:

  • Learn mindfulness techniques to manage stress and reduce anxiety related to this particular moment.

  • Discover how to stay present and grounded during difficult moments to come.

  • Explore tools to regulate your own emotions, improving your overall well-being.

  • Develop greater self-compassion, allowing you to care for yourself while caring for others.

  • Build a mindfulness routine that fits into your busy life, creating more balance and inner peace.

Whether you are new to mindfulness or looking to deepen your practice, this course provides a supportive, judgment-free environment where you can learn at your own pace. By prioritizing your mental and emotional health, you can show up more fully for your community, family, and the world, at a time when your gifts are most needed.

By donation.
