  • Processing Time: Due to our small-batch, handcrafted approach, orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase.

Returns Policy

At Segula Botanicals, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Given the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns.   • All Sales Final: All purchases made through Segula Botanicals are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost.

    • Replacement: Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations
