Processing Time: Due to our small-batch, handcrafted approach, orders are typically processed and shipped within three (3) business days of purchase.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout. The estimated delivery time will vary based on the shipping method chosen and your location.
Shipping Notifications: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Returns Policy
At Segula Botanicals, we take great pride in the quality of our products. Given the nature of our business, we are unable to accept returns. All Sales Final: All purchases made through Segula Botanicals are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost.
Contact Us: Email us at amanda@amandalevinson.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective product.
Replacement: Once we verify the issue, we will process a replacement as quickly as possible.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at amanda@amandalevinson.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes may not be possible once the order has been processed.
