Navigating the Empty Nest with Grace and Ease: A 6-Week Gathering for Caregivers in Transition
This cohort is for caregivers whose children are leaving home in the fall. This is a deeply tender time, full of emotions ranging from pride and excitement to grief and uncertainty. Many caregivers may be navigating multiple transitions at once, including aging parents, bodies, and evolving relationships with partners. Together, we will create a supportive space to tend to ourselves, practice tools for transition, and navigate this life shift with grace and ease.
Each week will focus on a different theme, incorporating mindfulness, self-care, reflection, and community connection.
Cohort Structure
Duration: 6 weeks, broken up into pre and post-kid transition (dates below)
Format: Weekly 90-minute in-person gatherings
