Practices for individual & collective healing
My approach
I guide individuals and groups through transformative experiences that foster self-awareness, resilience, and connection.
Embodiment practices are powerful tools for healing that help us reconnect with our bodies, process difficult emotions, and ultimately live with greater presence, awareness, and wholeness. My approach is rooted in the wisdom of integrative health practices that empower you to reconnect with your body, mind, family, and community from a settled, compassionate, and wise nervous system.
“The most radical project we could ever engage in during our lives is the project of embodiment. There is no liberation without the union of mind and body.”
